If we go to the Bon Voyage Breakfast, then a day at Epcot, where should we park? Epcot, then walk to Boardwalk, then back to Epcot? We have a big double stroller, so we'd rather not take buses if we need to fold it, but we are staying at AKL.

    Hi Caitlin,

Starting your morning with a delightfully fun (and delicious!) Bon Voyage Adventure Breakfast with friends from Tangled and The Little Mermaid at Trattoria al Forno sounds like a wonderful plan! In fact, I can just hear Rapunzel squealing, "Best day ever!"

As long as Epcot is open early enough for you to walk through the park before your breakfast reservation, then yes, your plan of parking at Epcot and walking to Disney's Boardwalk Resort will work. That is quite a bit of walking, though, so you may want to consider another option. Did you know that all Guests who are visiting Disney Resort hotels for shopping, dining, or even touring are entitled to up to three hours of complimentary parking? You may want to consider driving to Disney's Boardwalk, enjoying your breakfast, then moving your car over to the Epcot parking lot afterwards. That will require that you fold your stroller up an extra time to get it in your vehicle, but it would save you quite a bit of walking. Either of those options are possibilities for you!

I'm also excited to hear that you're staying at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge! It's one of my favorite Disney Resort hotels! With the gorgeous art work, fun cultural activities, delicious restaurants, and inspiring wildlife, you'll really feel immersed in an amazing African setting! I'd encourage you to pick up a recreation calendar when you arrive and enjoy as many of the special events as possible!

Thanks so much for visiting us at the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Caitlin, and please let us know if you have any other questions as you're planning your visit. I hope that you have a truly magical vacation!
