Ahoy there, Sharon!
Welcome aboard, planDisney! I can't think of a better group vacation for your crew than a Disney Cruise Line voyage. Having to unpack once while the scenery changes each day to a new beautiful destination is the best way to travel. And there's something for everyone with loads of activities and events included in your cruise fare.
Sharon, I have two suggestions for securing your group sailing. First, the wonderful Disney Cruise Line agents are ready to assist you with your magical plans over the
phone, Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 10:00 pm and Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm EST, either at 1(800) 951-3532 or +001 (800) 951-3532. They will be able to work with you on
itinerary options, availability, pricing, and getting all the
staterooms booked together. Once these are booked, the agent can help link everyone to the same dining time, schedule, and dining section for
rotational dining each night.
Your other option is to use an Authorized Disney Vacation Planner. These travel agents specialize in Disney vacations and can help with all the details, from selecting the right itinerary to understanding the stateroom categories. There are many qualified planners, so finding one could be as easy as asking a friend or family member if they know of one. If you search for one, you'll want to make sure they are officially "Authorized," and their agency is "EarMarked by Disney." These services should be free to you, making it easy to plan for your vacation on the high seas.
Sharon, I hope I've steered you in the right direction to get planning this exciting adventure with Captains Mickey and Minnie. We hope you'll let us know if you have any other questions, as we are always happy to help.
Nancy
