You can complete this process pretty easily, but you'll need to visit the website instead of accessing the My Disney Experience app from your mobile device. Head on over to the
Walt Disney World Resort website, then hover over the My Disney Experience section all the way to the right of the header menu bar. Click "My Plans and Tickets" at the top of the drop-down menu, then look for your upcoming reservation's confirmation number. You should see a "Make a Payment" link there.
Since you've received a past due alert, you might want to call in to speak with a Cast Member with
Guest Service Billing instead, to ensure your payment is processed promptly. They can also assist with any changes or updates to your Vacation Package at that time.
Once you've gotten the final balance handled, take some time to check out the
experiences that await in 2026, like the refresh of
Frozen Ever After at EPCOT. Your arrival date also coincides with the kick-off of
Disney Princess Half Marathon Weekend, which is sure to fill the air with an extra bit of pixie dust (and runner endorphins).
