I am on a gluten-free diet and I understand that Disney has many gluten free options. Will I need to call ahead before arriving at restaurants for dinner, or will the substitutions be available right on the menus? Also, what about food court dining?

Hello Stephanie!  Walt Disney World does an amazing job accommodating guests who have special dietary needs.   I can assure you that you will find many tasty options that are gluten free at both the counter service, and table service restaurants.

I would suggest reading the Special Dietary Requests page, it will provide more information on food allergies, and special diets at Walt Disney World. You can also email Special.Diets@DisneyWorld.com for list of the gluten free options available throughout the Walt Disney World Resort.  Once they email you the list, you can  laminate it and bring it with you to the Resort so you always have it as a quick reference tool.
