Which is more "gluten free friendly," Via Napoli or Tutto Italia? Would you go for lunch or dinner? Thank you for your input.

    Hi Jaynee!

I absolutely love Via Napoli in Epcot, but I don't think it's your best option if you desire a gluten-free menu. They don't have a gluten-free pizza, but they do have gluten-free options, including a gluten-free brownie for dessert. I think that Tutto Italia is a much better option. They have a gluten-free bread roll, rice pasta and chicken breast options. Make sure you note your gluten-free preference on your Advanced Dining Reservation (ADR) and speak with the chef when you arrive to ensure you receive a gluten-free option. A Epcot Garden Grill is a great option for those seeking gluten-free items. They have rice pasta, gluten free pizza, pasta, brownies and more.

Lunch and dinner are both great, but lunch is a bit cheaper, so if you're not on the Disney Dining Plan, you may want to choose lunch.

    Magically,
    Stacy
