Gluten free food in the parks

    Hi Pam!

No worries about gluten-free dining at Walt Disney World Resort! In fact, I think the resort goes above and beyond when it comes to accommodating guests with food allergies and restrictions.

Nearly every quick-service and table-service restaurant at Walt Disney World can accommodate special dietary needs. My best recommendation is to be sure and note your allergy when making your dining reservations. During the reservation process, you'll have the option to add your wheat/gluten allergy information. Once you arrive at the restaurant, be sure to mention it to the Cast Members, if they don't inquire about it first. In my past experiences, they will be very proactive and aware of the allergy.

Mobile ordering is a great way to easily see and request gluten-free food as well. In fact, in the My Disney Experience mobile app, there is even a quick way to filter each restaurant's menu to the allergy-friendly items. I wish ordering food everywhere was that easy!

Last, but not least, if you have any concerns at all about special dietary needs, please contact special.diets@disneyworld.com after you have made your dining reservations. They'll be able to answer any specific questions you may have as well as add a note to your reservation.

I hope you have a stress-free, delicious experience at Walt Disney World Resort!
