    I was given a Visa Gift Card as a gift towards our Disney World trip. Can I apply it to our reservation balance online?

    Hi Sandra!

    Now that's a great gift!  Just a couple weeks ago, I wanted to make a payment toward my own vacation balance online, so I had the same question.  I'm happy say that it is possible to make a payment through the website using the My Reservations and Tickets page (you may need to click on "View Details" on that page once your reservation information loads if you don't see the "Make Payment" option).  I was not able to do this in Google Chrome, but it did work in Internet Explorer.  You can also call (407) 939-7675 to make a payment toward your package by phone.
