    We were given a complimentary day pass at the parks as well as a night at a resort due to a lot of hiccups on our first visit. I thought that was above & beyond fixing the issues! I want to book for them but am not sure what to do. Guidance please?

    Welcome to planDisney! I'm sorry to hear that some of the details of your last visit got a little Tangled, but hopefully the friendly Cast Members were able to help sort everything out so you could get back to all of the magic and fun! On my family's first Disney stay many years ago, we ran into some hiccups as well, and I was so impressed by how the Cast Members took care of us, I knew I could count on Disney to make our vacations as magical as possible!

    I reached out to a Cast Member to ask how you can get all of this straightened out, and she recommended that you call the Disney Reservation Center at (407) 939-5277 so a member of the Guest Services team can pull up all of your information and assist you. Do note that call volumes are quite high right now, so you may need to wait a bit to speak with someone. If that's the case, I'd encourage you to put your phone on speaker and whistle with the magical music while you work!
