Can you give me some ideas about snacks from the DDP that are not on the sweet side and are not bags of chips. We had 9 snack credits left over on our last trip and were on sugar overload! We are staying at GH and going to MK, EP and HS. Thanks.

Hi, Tracy!  Snack options are subject to change, but you can definitely find things that won't put you into sugar shock!  At the Main Street Bakery,  you can use your credits for a bagel or an Uncrustable peanut butter sandwich.  I've been able to use credits here for Craisins and trail mix as well.  You'll also find throughout the theme parks you can use your credits for a piece of whole fruit.

Grab an egg roll from the egg roll wagon or a side caesar salad at some counter service locations.  Yogurt is another great option for a quick snack, and you'll find other counter service locations let you use your snack credit on a cup of soup or an order of fries.

At EPCOT, you'll find egg rolls, bagged carrots, bagels, fruit cups, and much more as snack options.  Each of the World Showcase countries has something to offer that qualifies as a snack.

Disney's Animal Kingdom also has fresh fruit or mixed fruit salads as snack options, and the Kusifiri bakery also offers a bagel with cream cheese.  A side order of chicken fried rice or an order of edamame counts as a snack, and you can find a jalapeno stuffed pretzel and yogurt parfaits available as well.

Disney's Hollywood Studios can provide fresh and mixed fruit, carrots and celery with ranch dressing, and granola bars among the list of snack offerings.  You'll also find California trail mix, yogurt, and croissants.

I hope this helps keep you out of a sugar rush during your upcoming vacation!
