Hi, how do I give access for my sister to see her sons and husbands tickets in the Disney app? I can see all 9 of my family’s tickets but she can only see her own. Thanks

    Hello Kristina,

Welcome to planDisney!  Firstly, I must tell you that as the current UK-based planDisney Panelist, it really is a pleasure and delight to have the opportunity of assisting a fellow Guest from the United Kingdom.

It sure sounds as if you've already been busy planning what's sure to be the jolliest of May holidays for your whole family to the magic of Walt Disney World Resort.  There's nothing like spending quality time with extended family at the most magical place on earth!

Kristina, what I believe you're describing could perhaps be overcome by linking everyone's plans together via My Disney Experience - Invite Family and Friends to Plan and Share.  This can easily be achieved by inviting your lovely sister to connect by sending her an email invite via your My Disney Experience -

     - Using a desktop computer, log in to your My Disney Experience account.
     - In the drop-down menu, select My Family & Friends
     - This opens up a new page showing your current My Family & Friends List
     - Scroll right down to the end of the list and select Add a Guest
     - Again, this opens another new page where you can either -
Find through my connected Guests, Import from a Walt Disney World Resort hotel reservation, or I'll enter their name & age
     - Select the option I'll enter their name & age, complete details within the form, and select Invite this Guest to Connect before inputting your sister's email address.
     - Select Done to complete the invite process!

Hopefully, with just a little faith, trust, and pixie dust your sister should receive, and then go ahead and accept her Family and Friends invitation; which in turn will enable you both to make Disney holiday plans together as a whole family.

Additionally Kristina, you may wish to take a peek at these Frequently Asked Questions - My Disney Experience - Family and Friends as I really think they could be a useful planning resource for you.

However, if you should happen to require any further technical assistance, then I suggest speaking in person with a knowledgeable Cast Member who can access and take a closer look at your My Disney Experience account.

Guests like you and I, from the United Kingdom, are welcome to dial the UK freephone number for Technical & Website Support contained within this handy Walt Disney World Resort Phone Directory.

Please don't hesitate to drop back to me here at planDisney if I can offer any additional insights into your upcoming May holiday to Walt Disney World Resort.  I'm always happy to help wherever possible!

Have a great Disney day ~ Jane
