It's the girls turn to visit WDW! My 10 year-old daughter and I are leaving the boys behind and visiting for 3 days this spring. We're planning to skip the wild roller coasters and Star Wars stuff - what's your recommendation for a great girls trip?

For help with your question, I've turned to my eleven-year-old daughter, herself a veteran of more than 15 trips to WDW. She suggested Mommy/Daughter manicures at one of the salons and high tea at the Garden View Lounge at the Grand Floridian. For more active fun, you could rent bikes at your hotel and go for a leisurely spin together.

My girls and I have actually had some of our best talks ever on the lazy Cross Country Creek at the Blizzard Beach water park. If it's not too crowded, this can be a very relaxing way to have a low-pressure heart-to-heart.

In the theme parks, you won't want to miss the High School Musical Pep Rally at Disney's Hollywood Studios. This show, run several times daily, now features songs from the hit Disney Channel movie High School Musical 2.

Other ideas I have include seeing a show. You daughter is bound to enjoy the spectacular theatrics of Cirque du Soleil. Or you could go on a tour together. The Behind the Seeds tour is educational and engaging. Your daughter is certainly old enough to appreciate both aspects of this. To book this, or any other Disney tour, please call 407-WDW-TOUR.

I hope you and your daughter have a fabulous time together.
