    Hello, girls! We are taking a 3rd cruise, in Oct, with our 3 children (youngest is a souvenir from the last cruise we took, w/out munchkins ;) Any packing efficiency tips? Hubby flies elsewhere afterward & I'll fly home solo, with all 3 kids. (!)

    Welcome to the Moms Panel!  October will be here before you know it, and you will be packing up your crew for a magical voyage onboard Disney Cruise Line!  After many cruises, I am finally getting the hang of not over packing!  Disney Cruise Line does make it very easy to not over pack because they have equipped all their ships with self-service laundry rooms. If you are worried about bringing too much, you can always do a wash or two to allow for more space in your suitcase. When I go to pack,  I bring shoes that I can wear with several outfits and put them in the bottom of the suitcase.  I have also started rolling all the clothes, (except formal) and it is amazing how much you can get into one bag by doing this!  Also, don't worry about bringing along shampoo, conditioner, body wash, sunburn relief gel and lotion because you will love the H2O products used on the ship.  There are also hairdryers in each stateroom.  I also recommend packing a day bag that you will keep with you when embarking the ship.  I always include my cruise documentation, passports, medications, swimsuits and sunscreen.  My kids like to swim as soon as we board, and it is great to have the swimsuits handy since your luggage won't be delivered until later in the afternoon.
