I have 3 girls, 9,4, and 3. What would be the best character meals for them to go to? We will be staying at the GF.

Hi Misty, I too have three girls, and although they are a little older, they have all been coming since they were your girls' ages.  And honestly they still love some of the same character meals.
First of all, I would highly recommend dining at CRT.  This one chance to meet Cinderella, one on one and dine with her friends is still a top choice for my girls.  We also all love Chef Mickey, located at the Contemporary.  This is just a fun meal.  The kids get to wave their napkins in the air and dine with the Fab 5, not to mention the food is good too.  Another great "girl" dining experience is the Storybook Princess dining experience at Epcot.  Some of the same princesses that dine at CRT do show up at this one as well, but this is a great one to use as a back up in case you don't get reservations at CRT.
Do they like Lilo and Stitch?  If so then try the breakfast at the POLY, which is just a short monorail ride from the GF.  And finally, my girls love Pooh and friends and to this day we don't plan a WDW vacation without breakfast at the Crystal Palace with Pooh and his friends.  We have gone from Eeyore holding them as a baby to all three giving him great big hugs as he comes to the table ... and yes even my 14 year old still loves this one.  Just another wonderful thing about a Disney vacation.  I truly hope this helps, and please come back to the Mom's Panel if you have any more questions.
