My girlfriend and I are planning a 2 Day trip to Disneyland / Disney California Adventures in LA from Shanghai. My girlfriend is not a U.S citizen and is not a California residence. I have my ID but is she allow to enter the park with China Passport?

    Hi Daniel!

Thanks for bringing your question to us here at planDisney. I'm so excited that you and your girlfriend are making plans to visit Disneyland Resort next month.  I just love spending time at both Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park. There's something so magical about walking in Walt's footsteps to take in views of Sleeping Beauty Castle and soaking up the vibes on Pixar Pier.

If you've purchased Standard Theme Park Tickets, an ID is not currently required for entry into the parks. While it's always a good idea to bring some form of ID with you during your visit, you'd only be required to show one in the instance of California resident ticket offers or other promotional tickets. When you arrive at the entrance turnstiles a Cast Member will take your photo and assign that to your ticket, so just be sure to use the correct ticket for both days of entry.

Keep in mind that in addition to valid admission a theme park reservation is also required for entry each day.

I hope this was helpful Daniel. Feel free to come back with any additional questions as you prepare for your visit to the Happiest Place on Earth.

    Wishing you magic and memories,
    Amy
