Hi Mark,
I'm thrilled to hear that you and your girlfriend are enjoying Walt Disney World Resort together. I can't imagine a better date night than tasting the flavors at the
EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival, exploring Andy's backyard on
Slinky Dog Dash, or
flying a mission on the "fastest hunk of junk in the galaxy." You two are very lucky!
If I am reading your question correctly, it sounds like your girlfriend had a My Disney Experience account that you managed, and then she created a new account using her email address. If that is right, then we can easily link those two and get you on your merry way.
On your computer, head to your My Disney Experience account and select My Family and Friends List. From here, find your girlfriend's account, the one that you manage. Click the Settings button. In the top right corner of the box that will pop up, select Share Planning With (Your girlfriend's name) and then enter the email address that she used to create her new account. She will receive an email confirming that she would like to link the account, and voila! It's a simple process, and you'll each have control over your own accounts. You will also be able to see, make, and share plans together.
If you are considering where your next date night meal should be, I'd love to recommend
Steakhouse 71 in
Disney's Contemporary Resort. Not only is the menu fantastic (try the Vegetable Wellington!), but the friendly Cast Members there offer incredible service. Plus, the tucked-away location, walking distance from Magic Kingdom Park, is pretty remarkable. It's really a hidden gem. Give it a try!
I hope that was helpful, Mark! Please let us know if you have any other questions. You can even
ask me directly!
Adventure is out there,
Sally
