Hi, Samuel! Florida residents will often find great discounts when visiting the Walt Disney World theme parks, and they can really help you stick to a budget. My favorite is the
Florida Resident 4-Day ticket. For just about the cost of two days for the rest of us, Florida residents will have a pass that gives them access to the parks for four days. You'll want to take note of a few blockout dates, but if you can take advantage of it, this is a great budget saving option.
Also, check out
Walt Disney World special offers. You may find options such as hotel discounts or free dining, which can really go a long way at helping you plan your special trip. The available dates for these types of options will vary, and the
Free Disney Dining promotion that is currently running must be booked by July 10th. You'll want to look into those available dates right away if you're interested.
It's hard to say how much you shouldl expect to spend, especially if you are able to take advantage of one of these special offers. Assume about $200 each for passes, $120 per night for a value resort room at a Walt Disney World resort (depending on when you go), and then whatever you might normall spend on food. For a quick service meal (counter service, where you place your order and bring the food to your own table), Figure about $15 - $20 per person for a really nice meal - barbecue, seafood, salads, etc. You can do a little cheaper if you opt for burgers or hot dogs.
Happy planning, Samuel! I hope this is the first of many amazing anniversaries!
