    When does the gingerbread houses come out at WDW? We are coming down soon and are hoping they will be up in time for our trip.

    Hi Tracie! Disney World has some of the most spectacular gingerbread creations I've ever seen! The life-size, 16-foot-high Gingerbread House in the lobby of the Grand Floridian is scheduled to open for business on Monday, November 15, selling freshly-baked cookies and other items. Gingerbread house building demonstrations are conducted in the lobby every day but Sunday. The life-size spinning gingerbread carousel in the Beach Club lobby should be installed by the end of this week, and at Epcot, Santa's Gingerbread House should be open at The Liberty Inn at the American Adventure sometime during Thanksgiving weekend, selling Christmas cookies and hot and cold beverages.
