    I was gifted gift cards that were brought from Target and say Disneyland theme park tickets. Would I be able to use that at Disney World?

    How wonderful that you received the gift of Disney magic!  Whether or not you'll be able to use your gift card at Walt Disney World Resort will depend on the type of card.  Target sells both standard Disney Gift Cards and Disneyland Resort tickets online and in select West Coast stores.  If the card you received is a ticket, generally the card will state the number of days and whether it is good to visit 1 park per day or is a Park Hopper ticket.  Disneyland Resort in California and Walt Disney World Resort in Florida use different ticket media, and tickets do not transfer from one resort to the other.  You will not be able to use Disneyland Resort tickets for admission to Walt Disney World Resort theme parks.

    If instead, you hold a standard Disney Gift Card, it can be used for purchases nearly everywhere at both Disneyland Resort and Walt Disney World Resort, as well as Disney Cruise Line, Adventures by Disney, other Disney Vacation Club resorts, and online at shopDisney.

    It is important to know that at this time, in order to enter a theme park all Guests ages 3 and up must have both valid admission and a Disney Park Pass theme park reservation.  Be sure to check the theme park reservation availability calendar in advance of your visit.  I recommend making your theme park reservations immediately after purchasing your admission and linking it to your My Disney Experience account.  Reservations are limited, and availability can change at any time.
