    I was gifted 3 complimentary park hopper tickets that expire 09.21.23. I was planning on going next week, and I realized I had to link the tickets and make reservations. When doing so, I wasn't able to link the tickets?

    Hi there, Ethan,

    "Oh, bother." I'm sorry to hear you have been experiencing difficulty linking your theme park tickets to your account. This sort of issue may be caused by a few things. If linking the tickets to your account in the Disneyland mobile app or using the online linking page doesn’t work, your tickets may already be used or have another technical issue. I recommend calling the Tickets phone line or contacting a Cast Member using the chat feature in the Disneyland app to request that they look up the tickets in their system.

    I hope you get a chance to visit the Disneyland Resort soon, Ethan. It’s currently one of my favorite seasons at The Happiest Place on Earth. Halloween Time at the Disneyland Resort includes amazing seasonal foods, entertainment, and attractions. My family’s favorite is Guardians of the Galaxy – Monsters After Dark in Disney California Adventure Park.
