Greetings, fellow Walt Disney World Resort Annual Passholder!
I’m so glad you stopped by with this question, Lynda, because I just renewed my Annual Pass in the same manner and would be happy to walk you through the process.
You are only able to use
one method of payment per transaction to pay online at this time, so you won’t be able to use multiple Disney Gift Cards simultaneously to renew your pass online. Instead, you will need to call the
Annual Passholder phone line at (407) 939-7277 to seek assistance from a friendly Cast Member. They are able to take more than one gift card payment at a time and will surely be able to help you faster than you can say bibbidi-bobbidi-boo!
Now, before you call, you first want to consolidate your Disney Gift Cards to speed up the process and because the Cast Members are still limited on how many forms of payments can be processed on a single transaction. All you have to do to consolidate your gift cards is visit the
Disney Gift Card website and log in using your Disney account credentials (the same login you use for your
My Disney Experience account). You can then add and store up to six Disney Gift Cards, each with an amount up to $1,000, in the "My Cards" section of your account. Once you've added a card to your account, you can easily transfer the amount from other Disney Gift Cards onto it and delete the empty cards. I suggest holding onto the physical Disney Gift Cards until after you have called to renew your pass just in case a technical glitch occurs at some point along the way.
I hope this information helps your renewal process go smoothly, Lynda. You’ll be geared up for another year of magical memories before you know it!
Have courage and be kind,
Alyssa
