Hiya Amira,
Thank you so much for stopping by planDisney with your question about Disney Gift Cards! My family and I absolutely love Disney Gift Cards—they’re truly the gift that keeps on giving. In fact, we always drop a little hint to family and friends around birthdays and holidays, asking for Disney Gift Cards so we can save them up for something magical… like our annual passes!
Now, onto your question. You’ll be happy to know that yes, you can use a Disney Gift Card to purchase an Annual Pass. If you’re buying online, keep in mind that the system only allows one gift card per transaction, and each gift card can hold up to $1,000. If you have multiple cards, no worries! Head to the official
Disney Gift Card website, log in under “My Cards,” and you’ll be able to combine up to six cards into one, with a maximum balance of $1,000.
If your
Annual Pass total ends up being more than $1,000, then online won’t work—but that’s where a little bit of Disney magic in person comes in. You can visit any Ticket Center location at the theme parks or the Guest Relations at Disney Springs, where Cast Members are happy to help apply multiple gift cards. Another option is to give a call to
Guest Services, and they’ll walk you through it with a smile as warm as Olaf’s hugs.
Amira, how exciting that you’re thinking about becoming a Disney Annual Passholder! That little piece of pixie dust unlocks a whole year of magic—whether it’s strolling around EPCOT’s World Showcase, catching a cavalcade on Main Street, or popping over for a Mickey pretzel just because. And the
passholder perks are just a dream come true.
I hope this helps answer your question! If you have any additional questions, feel free to visit us again.
See ya real soon,
Christina
