Do gift cards have to be collected or can money keep getting put on one? Like, get a $100 gift card and put another $100 on it instead of buying a second $100 gift card.

Hi, Amber! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

You can definitely add additional funds to your Disney Gift Cards, but you’ll need to do so in person at any Walt Disney World Resort shop that sells Disney Gift Cards (including ones at Disney Springs). Unfortunately, you cannot add additional funds online. (If you have a local Disney Store, you can reload your Disney Gift Cards there, too.)

If you’d like to add funds to your Disney Gift Cards prior to your Walt Disney World Resort vacation (and if you don’t have a local Disney Store available), you can also transfer balances between Disney Gift Cards. Sometimes we’ll receive multiple Disney Gift Cards from friends and family, and I like to consolidate the smaller amounts onto one card. You can do this through the “Manage Cards” drop-down menu option on the disneygiftcard.com website.

Please let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with, Amber! We hope to see you real soon.

Hiya, pals! I'm Amy from South Carolina. I'm married to my Disney-loving best friend, and together we've raised two princes and a princess. Whether I'm teaching my high school journalism students, planning Disney Bounding outfits with my daughter, or researching which new adventures we'll encounter on our next Walt Disney World Resort vacation, I find a way to incorporate a little Disney magic into everything I do. I look forward to helping you discover the magic, too!  Learn More About Amy
