Are the gift cards still available to skip mousekeeping? Can we still get fresh towels daily? Won’t have a smart phone, so can we get an actual physical gift card instead of online one? Thanks

Hello, Charles!  Thanks for bringing your great question to the Moms Panel!

A couple of years ago, Walt Disney World Resort tested an offer called the "Service Your Way Program" at the Value and Moderate Resort Hotels where guests could decline Mousekeeping services for the length of their resort stay in exchange for Disney Gift Cards. I called Guest Services today and spoke with a Cast Member who said this is still the case, and currently, the offer is $10 per night of your resort stay, minus one night (although this amount is always subject to change). You can also call the front desk and request extra toiletries and fresh towels if needed (you won't get the adorable origami towel animals on your bed, however). Make sure to tell the Cast Member at the Front Desk when you check in that you'll be participating.  Typically they email the Gift Cards to you, so let the Front Desk know that you'd prefer to have a physical Gift Card instead.  Note that if you choose to take advantage of this program, visual inspections of your room may still be performed. If you have any questions before your trip, feel free to call them at (407) 939-1936.

I hope your vacation is extra magical, Charles!  If there's anything else we can help you with, just ask.  See ya real soon!
