We have gift cards that I would like to add to my magic band account because I would like to use them before I use my CC. How do I go about adding these gift cards to my account? Thanks for your help.

Hi Karen and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! In less than one month, you will be enjoying an Autumn visit to the Walt Disney World Resort! Thanks for sending us your question!

I think it’s a great idea to use your Disney Gift Cards toward your next visit! I do this almost every visit! The easiest way to do so is by calling (407) 939-1936 to speak with a Resort Reservation Cast Member. Let them know that you would like to add a certain amount as a credit toward your Disney Resort hotel room account. The amount that you add to your account will go toward any charges you make with your MagicBand. Don’t worry, the credit card you have on file will not be used until you’ve exhausted the whole amount!

Disney Gift Cards are magical currency when you’re visiting the Walt Disney World Resort. They can be used toward Disney Resort hotel stays, merchandise, food and theme park tickets!

Karen, Autumn is such a beautiful time at the Walt Disney World Resort. I hope you’ll check out all the delicious bites at the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival!

I hope this information is helpful to you as you continue planning. Feel free to come back to see us with any other questions you might have! Helping you with all the details of your magical stay is our favorite thing to do!
