We are getting ready to go to Disney soon and my son is 14 months and he is 23 lbs. I was wondering at the pools at Disney if you can have floats like that you put them in or not? Hes too young for the floaties and a life jacket basically.

Hi, Alicia!  If we're talking small, close to the body, ring type of floats, that's fine.  It's important that the life guards are able to see clearly to the bottom of the pool, so larger floats, especially that can't be seen through, wouldn't be permitted.

They do have, in case you are looking in your local stores, infant life vests for babies this young.  It fits like a regular life jacket, buckling in the front.  It's a bit bulky to pack, though.

Have a great time on your upcoming vacation!
