    Getting a lot of conflicting info from Res agents. We have a very lg grp going to Mickey's Backyard BBQ in July (200+) but everyone is buying tix on their own. How are table assignments at the Pavilion? 1st come, 1st served? Assigned? Need logistics! Thx!

    WOW! That is a very big group!

    The seats at Mickey's Backyard BBQ are assigned as guests arrive and check-in. It is advised that guests arrive 45 to 60 minutes prior to show time to begin the check-in process. When you check-in, try to have as many people there as possible (I know how hard this might be!) and make a request that you're all seated together or near each other as possible. If you can have a list of all the names, party sizes and confirmation numbers in one list prepared in advance it may make this process go a little more smoothly.

    Since you'll be able to move around quite a bit during the dancing portion, hopefully you'll be able to mingle with people who are seated at different tables!
