Hi Jennifer! What a fun day you're planning! Since breakfast with Goofy and friends at the Cape May Cafe is a self-serve buffet, you'll be able to eat fairly quickly. I've generally found a character meal there takes about an hour. In that time all the characters will have stopped by your table and you'll have made multiple trips to the buffet and paid your check. After breakfast you can stroll out to the dock and catch a boat to Hollywood Studios. The ride takes about 20 minutes, so you should be inside Hollywood Studios by 10:30 that morning. You'll have plenty of time to tour the park before your dinner reservation at Mama Melrose's.
