I have had gastric weight loss surgery. I would like my family to be able to enjoy Cinderella's Royal Table but I can not see spending 46.00 for myself when I can only eat an egg & some fruit. This is pre paid. Can I make a childs reservation for mysel

Hi, Susan!  I hope you're enjoying your journey to Loser-ville!  Congratulations on your surgery, and I hope you are doing well!

I've asked time and again about an official policy regarding post op gastric bypass patients, and have not found anything that's across the board official.  It is generally up to the discretion of the manager of the restaurant when you dine.  My personal experience at Cinderella's Royal Table has been that they will charge an child's price for you, however, I cannot encourage you strongly enough to have a note from your surgeon or your doctor that indicates the need for a reduced meal.

When you make your reservation, you may have to make an adult reservation, but this can be adjusted at the restaurant.

You can also have your bypass listed as a special dietary need when you make reservations.  I've been able to have the chef adapt a meal that sounded really good so that it was more friendly to my gastrically altered insides.

I hope you have an absolutely wonderful vacation!
