Hello! What is the garden wing of the Contemporary Resort? Is it connected to the main tower of that resort? Does the garden wing connect from the inside to the main tower so we don't have to walk outside to get to the resaurants/shops/monorail?

Hi Jane! Disney's Contemporary Resort is a modern Disney Deluxe Resort located right in the middle of all the Disney magic! Disney's Contemporary Resort is made up of a towering A-frame high-rise building, the iconic Contemporary Tower, and complemented by one garden wing annex. The Garden Wing, a separate three story building, is not connected to the main Contemporary Tower. Although you will have to walk outside to get to the Garden Wing, it is adjacent to the main Contemporary Tower and a very short walk. This lakeside resort is the only hotel on property to have the Walt Disney World Resort Monorail System pass right through the main concourse. One of my favorite things about staying at this iconic resort is having the ability to walk to the Magic Kingdom! What can be better than that? I hope this information helps with your planning!  Thanks for visiting the Mom's Panel. Please let me know if I can answer any other questions for you. I would love to help you plan a Magical Walt Disney World Vacation!!
