    is the garden grill restaurant inside epcot center ,can you dine there without actually going into the park and using a ticket

    Hi Jamie!

    The Garden Grill Restaurant is inside Epcot.  It is located inside the Land pavilion.  To dine at this restaurant you will need a park pass to get into Epcot.  I would reserve this restaurant for the day you plan on visiting this park unless you have purchased park hopper passes.  Park Hopper passes  allow you to visit two parks in one day.
