Hi Tanya! Welcome to planDisney. I am happy to share some options to have a comfortable and fun dining experience.
The Disneyland dining team does everything it can to help those with special dietary needs. My first recommendation would be to look through the
menus to find some options that will fit any dietary guidance you may have received. For example,
Bengal Barbecue in Adventureland offers grilled meat options that you may want to try. In addition, there are
fruit carts in both parks where you can purchase fresh fruit, if you need a quick snack.
You may also want to reach out to the
Special Diets team ahead of your visit. The team can provide information about ingredients and available options so you can make an informed decision about what to order. I would also suggest that, prior to ordering your meal, you speak to a Cast Member about low fat or non-fried options. They may be able to help offer suggestions on which options may suit you best.
Finally, don’t forget that you are able to
bring in your own food to Disneyland. This may help to best ensure that you are able to have dining options that are comfortable. Just remember: food brought into the parks may not be in a glass container and may not require storing, preparing, cooking or reheating.
Tanya, I hope these options help provide you with choices when it comes to dining at the Disneyland Resort. If any additional questions arise, please visit us here again at planDisney.
May you have a magical visit!
David
