    Is the Galactic Spectacular Dessert Party like the Tomorrowland fireworks Dessert Party? Also is the view a lot better at the party than if you get a spot standing in the center? Want to definitely be able to see really well. Thanks

    Hi Debra!

    I had the pleasure of attending the Star Wars: A Galactic Spectacular Dessert Party at Disney's Hollywood Studios last year and I was blown away at the food and the show!

    When you first arrive at the Galactic Spectacular Dessert Party, you will have the opportunity to select from a plethora of delicious desserts. There are Star Wars themed cupcakes, specialty drinks, ice cream, rice krispie treats, sugar cookies, brownies and more! There are also savory treats, like cheese and olives, provolone and tomatoes and fruit skewers. 

    After you eat your delicious treats and enjoy the party, about 15 minutes prior to the show a cast member will walk you all the guests over to the roped off area reserved for the dessert party guests. The reserved area offers spectacular views of the fireworks show. The Star Wars fireworks show is like none other I've ever seen! The lights, lasers, sounds and fireworks are incredible. I personally think the view for the guests at the fireworks party is better than the standard view. Not only that, but you don't have to reserve your spot for the show hours before. You can relax and enjoy yourself and then get a great view without standing for hours. 

    I've also attended the Fireworks Dessert Party at Tomorrowland Terrace at Magic Kingdom. The main difference is that with this fireworks party, you can remain in your seat to watch the fireworks directly from where you are served desserts.
