Hello! I have a future trip that I am planning with my 11 year old and 13 year old. Even though they are considered adults by Disney standards are they still able to order off the children's menu in particular at Be Our Guest for breakfast?

    Bonjour, Julie!

While your little ones may have turned into Disney adults (seemingly overnight I am sure), I am happy to tell you that you should have no problems ordering from the children's menu, with just a few exceptions. If you are using your Disney Dining Plan credits, your pre-teens will be charged as adults and will order off the adult menu, although they will often be able to order adult-sized entrees of children's menu items if they happen to be picky eaters. Additionally at any buffet, character meal, pre-fixe meal, or dinner show your children will be charged regular adult prices.

At any quick service location or any table service location with an à la cart menu, your Mouseketeers should have no problem ordering off of the children's menu. This includes breakfast at Be Our Guest Restaurant!

Julie, did you know that you can order your meal before you even step across the threshold at the Beast's castle? Mobile Ordering on your My Disney Experience Mobile App will allow you to bypass the ordering line so you can pull up a chair while the dining room proudly presents your breakfast, in record time.

I hope that this helped, Julie. Please come back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel for answers to all of your Walt Disney World Resort vacation planning questions!

    Au Revoir!
