Are there any future plans of more resorts allowing pets? We prefer the deluxe resorts but it seems like yacht club books up so fast.

    Hi Teri!

We absolutely love visiting the Walt Disney World Resort, but the one piece of our magical trip that is always missing is our furbaby Jack (who just so happens to be sitting in my lap as I type this)!  Although we have not yet taken advantage of staying at any of the dog-friendly Walt Disney World Resort Hotels, we are definitely happy that we now have that option!

As of right now, there have been no announcements about extending the dog-friendly resort program to any resorts other than those currently available, which include Disney's Art of Animation Resort, Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside, Disney's Yacht Club Resort, and The Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort.  That being said, keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog for any announcements!  You never know when Pluto might be able to convince Mickey Mouse to let him have more furry friends come visit!

Until then, you can always stay at one of the Deluxe Resort Hotels that doesn't allow dogs and let your pup have a magical vacation at Best Friends Pet Care!

Have a Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow!

Hi y’all!  I am an Army wife, a college instructor, a dog-mom, and a lover of all things Disney!  Planning a Disney vacation is my favorite pastime—other than actually going on a Disney vacation, of course—and I love helping others make the most of their magical trip!  If I am not at the Walt Disney World Resort, I am putting the pixie-dusted touches on my next trip!
