Child and grandfather enjoying ice cream

    With the Funnel Cake Stand still being closed at the Boardwalk, is there anywhere else to find fried ice-cream at Disney World?

    Hi Melissa!

    I see that you are arriving at Walt Disney World in August, which is right around the corner! I bet you are getting super excited! When you visit, make sure to visit the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival. The Eat to the Beat Concert Series will occur on select nights, so make sure to check it out! It looks like 98° will be playing on August 28 and 29!

    I remember when fried ice cream was at the Boardwalk, it was so yummy! Unfortunately, I am not aware of anywhere that sells fried ice cream at the current time. However, you can find delicious churros at La Hacienda de San Angel at EPCOT. In the Mexico Pavillion, you can also enjoy sweet corn ice cream at San Angel Inn. This was a big hit with my family! Frontera Cocina at Disney's Springs has a wonderful Mexican soft serve vanilla ice cream.

    You can also get a wonderful meal and fried baby churros with dulce de leche ice cream at Maya Grill, which is located at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort.   

    I hope you enjoy some of these dessert and ice cream options at the most magical place on earth!
