Hello, Connie! Welcome to
planDisney, and thank you for visiting us with your question.
We would love to be able to help with your question, but there are a lot of variables when you book a trip to
Walt Disney World. You may have to reach back out to us with some more details about the type of booking you have so that we can be more specific with our answer to you.
In general, if you have booked a Walt Disney World vacation package that includes a
Disney Resorts Collection hotel and
theme park tickets, you can cancel without penalty up to 30 days before your trip. You'll get a full refund, as long as you cancel by that 30-day mark.
If you have only a Disney resort room reservation, you can cancel that reservation up to five days prior to arrival without losing any of your money. Connie, if you have purchased theme park tickets separately from a package or a resort room-only reservation, those tickets are nonrefundable, but they can be used if you rebook your holiday.
Connie, I do hope you won't have to cancel your trip. And if you have more information for us about the type of package you have booked, we can check into it further to give you more specific information.
We appreciate you reaching out to us, Connie!
Anna
