    Will we have to use a full day ticket to ride The Haunted Mansion on 11/30/14 being it's the last day open during our stay? How hard is it to change the dates of our trip? Really would like to ride The Haunted Mansion. Thanks

    Hi Timothy,

    You are correct that the Magic Kingdom's Haunted Mansion attraction is currently scheduled to be temporarily closed for maintenance from December 1-20, 2014.

    If you want to ride the Haunted Mansion you will need to use a park admission ticket. Guests must use an admission ticket any time they go into the park, even just to shop or eat, or to go any ride(s). If you're in the park on 11/30, you can certainly go on lots of rides with your admission ticket and enjoy a full day at the park. You wouldn't be limited to the Mansion.

    As for the "how hard is it to change" question, that's something you need to check with Disney reservations at 407-W-DISNEY. It is often possible to change trip dates (I've done it myself several times), but it would really depend on hotel availability. You should also be aware that different dates have different pricing. If you change dates, you might be subject to a different charge. A reservation agent can check availability for you and let you know what your options are.
