I am frustrated trying to add my kids to my account to make a park reservation. Every time i put in their information it says logging me out of my disney account.

Hello, Allison! I am Baymax, your personal healthcare companion. Er - I mean, hello! I am Michelle, your personal planDisney panelist.

Your trip to Walt Disney World Resort is right around the corner and I couldn't be more excited for you! But oh no, I heard a sound of distress! I'm so sorry to hear that you're having difficulty adding your kids to your account. Just like Baymax, I'd love to help you with a few next steps that may help!

    • First, take a moment and clear the cache on your personal computer. Sometimes this can help to fix certain loading and formatting issues.
    • Next, I would make sure that you're using one of the recommended browsers. Allison, I seem to have the best experience when using Google Chrome.
    • Now, try to add your kids to your Family & Friends List through your My Disney Experience account. Log into your account online, hover your mouse over the My Disney Experience tab, and click My Family & Friends. Click "Add a Guest" and try to add your kids to your account. I personally think choosing "Import from a Walt Disney World Resort hotel reservation" is the easiest way to do this.
    • If you were able to successfully add your children to your Family & Friends List, great! You can go ahead and make your theme park reservations through the Disney Park Pass system.
    • If not, Hakuna Matata! No worries! My next best piece of advice would be to reach out to one of the incredible Cast Members. They have a special way of stretching their magic wands a bit farther and can often help troubleshoot these kinds of situations! If you call a Cast Member, try to call first thing when phone lines open at 7:00 AM EST since their brand of magic can sometimes be in high demand.
Allison, I hope you have been satisfied with your care. If you have any other questions, please visit again. I am here for you.

    Bah-a-la-la-la,
    Michelle

Hello from Mister Rogers' Neighborhood, also known as Pittsburgh! My husband and I live in a little town that we affectionately call Main Street, U.S.A. where we often find ourselves seeking out ice cream, finding new adventures, and having lightsaber battles in our backyard. While we love to travel to galaxies far, far away, we consider Walt Disney World Resort our second home and I can't wait to help you add even more magic to your Disney vacations!
