Ahoy, Matt!
At this time, Anna and Elsa have been visiting the
Disney Fantasy from Arendelle each week on both the Eastern and Western itineraries. My family was just on the Disney Fantasy in April and enjoyed a lovely visit with the sisters on one of our days at sea. Our meet and greet included an opportunity for autographs and a photo by a Shutter's photographer.
Character experiences are always subject to change, but I think this Frozen Friends appearance should be around for a while longer.
Tickets are required to meet with Anna and Elsa and can be reserved ahead of time when your
advance booking window opens up. This ranges from 75 days (first time cruiser) to 120 days (Platinum Castaway Club members or Concierge Guests). After signing in to your cruise reservation, look for "My Cruise Activities" and click on "View or Add Activities." A day-by-day plan will come up and you'll be able to see which days offer the Frozen Meet and Greet. Once you've found a day and time that works, add it to your cart. Be sure to click on "Confirm" to complete your request. There is no charge for the character experience. There will be tickets to the event in your stateroom that you'll want to bring to the designated location at your scheduled day and time.
Matt, enjoy your royal meeting with Princess Anna and Queen Elsa! We hope you'll let us know if we can assist you further with your magical plans.
Nancy
