Does the frozen holiday surprise still happen at 6:15 on nights when there is Mickey’s very merry Christmas party? The park closes at six, but we are hoping to see it before we have to leave

    Seasons greetings, Anthony!

Welcome to planDisney. Thanks for stopping by as you prepare for your jolly holiday at the Most Magical Place on Earth. Your adventure will be here before you know it, so let's get snowing!

    Frozen Holiday Surprise
is a brief but dazzling performance. Elsa and her crew illuminate Cinderella Castle to kick off each evening during the holiday season. On nights when Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party takes place, this show will be the last thing day guests can enjoy before leaving. As soon as Elsa finishes putting her festive frosting on Cinderella Castle, Cast Members will direct non-party goers to the park exit.

To keep that Christmas cheer going after leaving Magic Kingdom Park, consider making dinner reservations around 7:00 at a nearby resort. The monorail resorts showcase incredible gingerbread and tree displays this time of year, so you'll want to explore them before or after your meal. For a post-park celebration, I love Steakhouse 71 at Disney's Contemporary Resort and the Grand Floridian Cafe at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa; both offer a warm holiday vibe and delicious menu options.

Best wishes for an enchanting escape next month, Anthony. Please reach out if we can do anything to make it even more special. Thanks again for visiting planDisney, and have a magical day.

    Happy holidays,
    Betsy
