Would the front desk at a Disney hotel be able to do a lot of different characters signatures? I have a photo matte that I would to get signed but not wanting to take it to the parks.

Hi there, Stacia! A picture is worth a thousand words, especially if it's signed by all your favorite Disney characters! I can't think of a better souven-EAR!

I recently spoke with the front desk manager at Disney's Wilderness Lodge, and he said that having photo mats signed is not a common practice at the Walt Disney World Resort Hotels because the characters don't reside there- typically the Parks are their homes. However, Snow White, Dopey, and Grumpy like to frolic with Guests during Story Book Dining at Artist Point, and this would be a terrific time to collect a few coveted autographs. The same could be said for character meals such as Chef Mickey's at Disney's Contemporary Resort, 1900 Park Fare at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, and Best Friends Breakfast featuring Lilo & Stitch at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort. Even if you don't have dining reservations at any of these restaurants, you could try dropping off your mat at the front desk and explaining your request to the manager. It's not a guarantee, but you might get a little pixie dust sprinkled your way!

I hope you have a magical trip next week, Stacia!
