Our frist trip to DW, two adults and 3 childern,(15,6,4). Which Resort would be more enjoyable for the kids,Beach Club, Boardwalk Inn,or Yacht Club. And Which one would give us more comfortable room to play and stretch.

These are all amazing hotels in a fabulous location. I love love love being able to walk to Epcot and you can do this at all of your choices. You would absolutely have a wonderful time at any of these resorts, but if I had to choose, I'd go with the Beach Club. Here's why:

The Boardwalk pool is good. The Yacht and Beach Club pool is GREAT. These two hotels share one pool complex called Stormalong Bay. Stormalong Bay is a three acre mini-waterpark that is for the exclusive use of Yacht and Beach Club guests. There are many different areas of the pool: a shallow area with a real sand bottom, perfect for preschool castle building, and a giant water slide that teens love. Plus there's a "lazy river" and traditional swimming areas that the whole family can enjoy.

To narrow your resort choice even further, you mention that you're looking for room to stretch. The most spacious rooms at WDW are in the villa resorts. And just your luck, the Beach Club has villa rooms. The one and two bedroom villas are great for families that need a bit more space. You can choose either the one-bedroom version that sleeps up to six or the two-bedroom version that sleeps up to eight. These rooms include a living area that is separate from the bedrooms and a full kitchen. They're really like cozy apartments right in the middle of Walt Disney World.

My own family's resort of choice is the Beach Club Villas. We've stayed there many times. My kids ALWAYS want to stay here for the pool. And I love the space and the location. So we're all happy.
