My friends and I were going to stay at Caribbean Beach over spring break. Now that we've rescheduled for July, we have more options. Should we stick with Caribbean Beach or switch to Coronado Springs? We're a group of 6 girls in our early 20's.

Hi there, Chrissy! Thanks so much for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

I have been lucky enough to have stayed at both Disney's Coronado Springs Resort and Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort recently, so I am speaking from experience when I say that you really can not go wrong with either resort.

If the location and ease of getting to the parks are your primary concerns, you will want to stick with Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort. With a Disney Skyliner Station just a few steps away, you can be whisked away to Disney's Hollywood Studios and EPCOT in no time flat.

While I honestly love the tropical atmosphere of Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort, Disney's Coronado Springs Resort has a few features that I think may make it the right choice for your group.

One of the absolute best things about Disney's Coronado Beach Resort is the amazing dining options, including the tapas restaurant, Toledo - Tapas, Steak & Seafood, located on the top floor of the Gran Destino Tower. If you are looking for a place just to grab a few drinks and some small plates, right outside of Toledo you will find the Dahlia Lounge. This indoor-outdoor bar provides amazing views of several theme parks and is a great spot for out-of-the-park fireworks viewing!

If you are looking for resort activities, Disney's Coronado Springs also offers Sangria University at the Three Bridges Bar & Grill. While I haven't done this class myself, I have heard nothing but rave reviews!

Disney's Coronado Springs Resort is still a Walt Disney World Resort, and very family-friendly; however, I think that the attached conference center and the addition of the Gran Destino Tower gives it a little more of an adult feel, so that may be an added bonus for your group.

I hope that this helped you make your resort decision Chrissy. Please come back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel if we can help as you plan your fabulous girls' getaway!
