But before we can get you and your friends standing in front of
Cinderella Castle, we have to make sure your theme park reservations made with the
Disney Park Pass system are in order! I'm so sorry to hear that your friend can no longer view their theme park reservation on their
My Disney Experience account. If they head to
My Plans and still can't see their theme park reservation when they scroll down under My Plans, Reservations and Tickets, have no fear – I have a few next steps to take!
First, your friend can always make a new theme park reservation on their desired day if the park is still available. Take a peek at the
Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar, then continue to make a reservation with the Disney Park Pass system! However, if your friend runs into any problems when trying to create a new theme park reservation, I would suggest that they
call a Cast Member at (407) 939-4357. The Cast Member will be happy to take a look at their account and help them with the appropriate next steps!
