There are some incredibly sweet and thoughtful mousekeepers at Disney World that do a great job of making even the smallest details of a family vacation special. When my oldest daughter was a preschooler she was obsessed with these small plastic (3" tall) figurines of the characters (Mickey, princesses, etc.). She particularly like to play with them in the bathtub. We had brought about a dozen of the figurines (we called them "critters") on a trip to WDW with us and left them on the side of the tub while we went out to tour the parks. Once when we came back to the room (at Port Orleans), our mousekeeper had made a boat out of a towel and some twist ties and created an entire "Washington Crossing the Delaware" scene with the critters in the towel boat. Mickey was standing on a bar of soap in the center, leading the troops. It was quite incredible.
On other trips we've returned to find our plush toys having a tea party in our absence or new creatures formed out of towels. Always such a treat! Moms Panelist Brigitta describes similar experiences

In answer to your question, you might find a special mousekeeper with this attention to fun and detail at any of the resorts, value, moderate, or deluxe. It all depends on the volume of rooms that need cleaning and the personality of the cast members that happen to be assigned to your room. This is not something you should count on, but rather think of it as a lovely surprise if it does happen.
