Hi, Mona!
Thank you for contacting planDisney. It looks like you are planning a (relatively) last-minute Disney Cruise. That is so fun! I tend to book my Disney Cruises more than a year in advance, but I love the idea of booking one closer to the sailing date. That means less time to wait for your vacation!
I just chatted with Cast Member Joe who shared some good news! The Cast Member said that only one Guest on the Disney Cruise Line reservation needs to be a Canadian resident to access a
Canadian promotion, regardless of who the lead Guest is. The form of payment is not limited to a Canadian-based credit card, as the Canadian Guest just needs to show proof of residency when checking in at the port. Keep in mind that promotions sometimes do not show up when logged into your account on the Disney Cruise Line website if your address is not included in the offer. In this case, you can have the Canadian Guest book the room or call
Disney Cruise Line to make your reservation.
After booking your cruise, make sure to download the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app. My kids love checking the adorable countdown calendar every morning leading up to our Disney Cruise. You can also use the app to book
Port Adventures and
Onboard Activities, such as brunch at the adults-exclusive restaurant, Palo, during your
booking window.
Mona, enjoy your cruise! Do not hesitate to reach out to planDisney again if you have other questions!
Happy sailing!
Jen
