Welcome to planDisney. I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing some technical issues. It's possible one of those loathsome Villains cast a powerful spell, or maybe there is just a glitch on your My Disney Experience account that needs some attention.
If you have access to the MagicBands in question, you can
attempt pairing them to your My Disney Experience Mobile App again for each guest. You may get an error that the band is already paired, and in that case, you'll need to
contact a Cast Member by phone for further assistance. I wish I could see your account in real time to help on my end, but unfortunately, I don't have access to that system. I recommend reaching out to the My Disney Experience, MagicBand and MagicBand+ team at (407) 934-7639 for troubleshooting.
Once you get everything neat and pretty you'll be able to purchase and schedule
Lightning Lane Passes for your travel party and join Virtual Queues together for attractions like
Tiana's Bayou Adventure at Magic Kingdom Park and
Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind at EPCOT. I usually manage all the plans for my travel party and it feels like I have the Genie's "phenomenal cosmic power" without the itty bitty living space. Should you need any assistance keeping things organized once you've arrived you can also stop to speak with a member of the
Guest Experience Team in the parks. They have helped me fix a few technical glitches of my own and got me right back to the magic without delay.
