Hi Joe!
Welcome to planDisney!
The Walt Disney World Resort is the perfect place for a family reunion or a trip with friends. I am planning a large group trip this summer, and despite a lot of practice with
My Disney Experience, I also had a few struggles when it came to getting things set up.
I have a few ideas that might help. First, I found that when I tried to connect with too many
Family & Friends at once, only some of the requests would go through. While I could see the children's names on my list, I wasn’t connected yet as the mom had not received the invitation for me to share plans with them. Although we sent them all at the same time, only some of the requests arrived via email. Even when we used the “resend” option, we still did not receive all the requests to share plans. Once we waited 24 hours and tried the “resend” option a second time, the requests went through and we were all able to connect.
Another problem you could be running up against could be that children ages 2 and under do not need, and cannot book
Park Pass Reservations. Even though they may be listed in My Disney Experience if they are on a
Disney Resort Collection Hotel Reservation, if you try to book a Disney Park Pass Reservation for that child, you will get an error message.
If it appears that everything is in order, yet you are still struggling to make Disney Park Pass Reservations, I have always received excellent assistance by
calling the Cast Members at Tech Support. I would give them a call to see if there is a glitch or something else that needs to be fixed by Tech Support.
I hope this helps you get your problem fixed quickly. Sending you pixie dust for those perfect Disney Park Pass Reservations, Joe!
