It is my friend's 70th birthday and she has never been to WDW. We can only go to two parks. Which two would you recommend?

Joyce, what a great way to celebrate your friend's birthday!  A first trip to Disney World at age 70 sounds like the start of a magical birthday!

I have been to all of the Walt Disney World theme parks with my parents and in-laws many times, and if it were up to me to plan the trip, I would say do the Magic Kingdom and EPCOT.  I think the Magic Kingdom is the epitome of all things Disney, and even if you are not a big fan of rides, there is still so much to see and do.  And I for one would love to see a photo of your friend, wearing her birthday button in front of Cinderella Castle!

EPCOT is really a great place for adults traveling without children.  My dad and stepmother counted it among their favorite places to visit when they were in Florida.  There are great attractions, phenomenal restaurants, and terrific shopping.  All of those things can combine and make your friend's birthday truly special.
