California Residents do have a couple of options and benefits that are contingent on their proof of residency. First, Southern California residents who live in zip codes 90000 to 93599 may be eligible to purchase the
Imagine Key. In addition, California Residents may select monthly payment options to make their Magic Key purchase, which is a wonderful benefit! In both cases, the Guest must ensure that their MyDisney account profile lists the correct address in order to be eligible for these options. It is also important to ensure that whichever credit card you use has a California billing address if you or your friend wish to use it for monthly payments
Now, Yessica, you've asked a great question about additional proof of residency when it comes to using the Magic Key pass. Cast Members may ask to see a government-issued photo ID to be able to validate the Imagine Key at the theme park entrance. In this case, so long as the passport displays the valid address associated with the Guest's account and falls within the eligible zip codes, it should be acceptable!
